Ghana’s Samartex will compete in the 2024–2025 CAF Champions League.

Following their victory in the 2023–24 Ghana Premier League, Samartex will play for Ghana in the 2024–25 CAF Champions League.

In just their second season in the top division, they won the Ghana league, which guaranteed them a spot.

They haven’t, however, formally acknowledged or declared their plans to take part in the premier club championship in Africa.

Samartex aims to follow in the footsteps of Dreams FC, who created history by qualifying for the semifinal of the CAF Confederation Cup during their first season in Africa.

After two games, the Timber Giants emerged victorious.

Sunday, June 16, 2024, saw them be proclaimed champions after defeating Accra Lions 2-0 at home in the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.

With this triumph, Samartex concluded the season with 34 games played and 61 points overall. Samreboi’s atmosphere was electric as the players celebrated their league victory in grand fashion.
