In the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, the Central African Republic’s coach, Raoul Savoy, has given his team’s strategy for their next game against Ghana.
In his Sunday press conference, Savoy underlined the value of perseverance and humility in light of the difficulties of playing away from home.
“It will be like every time, with humility, working a lot, because it’s an away game,” Savoy said.
“We have an opponent with some really good players and a new coach who wants to make his mark.”
Savoy maintains his composure and is committed to getting the desired outcome despite the difficult assignment.
“We take this match with a lot of calm, a lot of will, with the hope of obviously a very good result here on Monday,” he added.
The Central African Republic team will aim to upset Ghana and earn a crucial victory in their World Cup qualifying campaign with a determined approach.
On Monday night, the Wild Beasts want to cause an upset when they play the Black Stars of Ghana at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
In Group I, Chad sits at the bottom with no points, Madagascar, Comoros, and Ghana are equal on six points, closely followed by Mali and the Central African Republic, who are each at four points.
