Forward Doris Boaduwaa of the Black Queens signs a two-year contract with Hapoel Jerusalem FC of Israel

International player Doris Boaduwaa from Ghana has formally joined Hapoel Jerusalem FC of the Israeli Women’s Premier League.

The 21-year-old Doris Boaduwaa, who left Serbian team Spartak Subotica at the end of the 2023–24 season, signs a two-year contract with Hapoel.

Under the terms of her new club’s contract, she will remain in Israel till the end of the 2025–2026 season.

Boaduwaa, who signed with Subotica last season, had a flawless debut in Europe, scoring three goals in the Champions League qualifying round and leading the team in the league.

At Hapoel, Boaduwaa will share the locker room with former Hasaacas Ladies teammate, Janet Egyir.

Speaking following the announcement of the deal, the Ghanaian forward said: “I’m very excited to join Hapoel and start a new chapter in my career, with the goal of winning the championship.”

“Looking forward to meeting you all at the field.”

Following several years of watching the Black Queens striker, the club manager expressed delight with her signing.
