Ghana defender Kojo Peprah Oppong has officially joined Turkish powerhouse Fenerbahçe after completing a permanent transfer from French Ligue 1 club OGC Nice.
The 22-year-old centre-back arrives in Turkey following a rapid rise in European football that has also seen him become part of the Ghana senior national team setup.

Fenerbahçe have confirmed that Oppong’s official signing ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, at the 1907 Grandstand of the Chobani Stadium.
The ceremony is expected to be attended by Fenerbahçe Football Director Oğuz Çetin as the Turkish club formally presents the Ghanaian defender. The transfer makes Oppong the latest Ghanaian player to continue his career in the Turkish Süper Lig, a league that has attracted several players from the West African country over the years.
