Head coach Otto Addo has received praise from Black Stars goalie coach Fatau Dauda for his collaborative leadership approach.
Under Addo’s direction, Fatau Dauda joined the technical team, and he values the coach’s transparent and inclusive management style.
Referring to Addo as a “great man,” Dauda highlighted the collaborative atmosphere that the coach promoted.
He keeps nothing from us hidden. To get the most out of the team, we constantly plan, decide, and hold meetings together,” Dauda stated.
The former coach of the Sudanese goalkeepers expressed excitement about working with Addo and emphasized the coach’s beneficial influence and educational chances.
“He is a coach that you would like to work with, and you can learn a lot from him,” he added.
The Black Stars are gearing up for their next challenge in September when the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers begin.
Ghana will face Angola on September 5 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi and then travel to play Niger.
