Former Medeama Sporting Club striker Jonathan Sowah left Al-Nasr Benghazi, a Libyan team, after agreeing to mutually terminate his contract after just six months of service.
After joining the North African team on January 27, 2024, for an estimated €200,000, with an expiration date of December 31, 2025, the 25-year-old Jonathan Sowah is currently a free agent.
Sowah’s tenure at Al-Nasr Benghazi has ended despite his fantastic efforts, which included three goals in seven CAF Champions League matches.
He was called up to the Black Stars for the 2023 AFCON during his time with Medeama Sporting Club, where he played a key role in the team’s title-winning effort in the 2022–2023 season before leaving to join the Libyan team.
It seems that Jonathan Sowah is returning to Medeama SC, where he signed a three-year contract in January 2023 after leaving Danbort FC.
